The bed was quite comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I noticed a damp, musty odor in the room, which was unsettling. Noise from planes was frequent and disruptive, especially near the pool. The room lacked a fridge for leftovers, which was inconvenient. Temperature control worked fine. The TV was disappointingly small, and the internet connection was laggy. Unfortunately, the bathtub in the bathroom seemed a little outdated and could use some renovation for a more modern look. Booked a two-bedroom suite. Received a one-bedroom. Staff claimed there are no two-bedroom suites available. Not impressed with their refusal to accept responsibility. They simply took our money. Location was convenient to the airport. Shuttle service arrived promptly. Breakfast was satisfactory, but nothing to rave about. Staff were friendly, yet this could not compensate for other issues. The environment felt unsafe. Drunk guests loitered in the lobby. The room was outdated and had a strong odor. Air conditioning couldn't mask the smell. It's hard to overlook broken outlet covers and a dirty bathroom. This was not worth the price. Look elsewhere for better quality and service. Save your money.
